  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code OV04 is used to display the customer material information records. It is also known as the C RV Tab. TVAK "Listing/Exclusion" transaction code. 
  
  Functionality: 
  This transaction code allows users to view customer material information records, including the customer material number, material description, and material group. It also allows users to view the customer-specific material data, such as the sales organization, distribution channel, and plant. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OV04 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the customer material number in the Customer Material field. 
  3. Click on Execute (F8). 
  4. The customer material information record will be displayed on the screen. 
  5. To view additional information, click on the relevant tabs at the top of the screen (e.g., Sales Org., Distribution Channel, Plant). 
  6. To exit, click on Back (F3).

  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the tabs available in this transaction code in order to get a comprehensive view of the customer material information record. Additionally, users should be aware that this transaction code can only be used to view existing customer material information records; it cannot be used to create or edit them.
