  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OQIT in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new inspection method. 
  3. Enter the name of the inspection method and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Assign” button to assign the inspection method to a material or material group. 
  5. Enter the material or material group and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Sampling Procedure” button to define the sampling procedure for the inspection method. 
  7. Enter the sampling procedure details and select “Save”. 
  8. Select the “Inspection Characteristics” button to define the inspection characteristics for the inspection method. 
  9. Enter the inspection characteristics details and select “Save”. 
  10. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of OQIT transaction code and select “Save” to save all changes made in this session.
