  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OPS1 in the command field. 
  2. Select the table or structure where you want to add a user field. 
  3. Enter a name for the user field and select a data type for it. 
  4. Enter a description for the user field and save it. 
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for each user field you want to add. 
  6. Once all user fields have been added, activate them by pressing the “Activate” button. 
  7. To modify or delete an existing user field, select it from the list and make the necessary changes or press the “Delete” button. 
  8. Finally, save your changes and exit the transaction code.
