  5. Select “Table Type” from the menu bar and select an appropriate type from the drop-down list. 
  6. Select “Layout” from the menu bar and enter details about how you want your table to be laid out (e.g., number of rows and columns). 
  7. Select “Data Type” from the menu bar and select an appropriate type from the drop-down list (e.g., text, numbers, etc.). 
  8. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your profile settings.
