  4. Select the type of distribution you want to use from the “Distribution Type” drop-down menu. 
  5. Enter the cost center or profit center you want to assign costs or revenues to in the “Cost Center/Profit Center” field. 
  6. Enter any additional information you want to include in the “Additional Information” field. 
  7. Click “Save” to save your changes and create
