Additionally, it provides users with the ability to assign attendance types to employees and define the rules for calculating overtime pay. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Enter the transaction code OOZS in the command field. 2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 3. Enter the required information for the new attendance type, such as name, description, and settings. 4. Select “Save” to save the new attendance type. 5. To view existing attendance types, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the name of the desired attendance type. 6. To change an existing attendance type, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the desired attendance type. 7. To delete an existing attendance type, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the desired attendance type. 8. To assign an attendance type to an employee, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the employee’s ID number and desired attendance type. 9. To define overtime rules for an employee, select “Define Overtime Rules” from the menu bar and enter the employee’s ID number and desired overtime rules. 10. Select “Save” to save any changes made to an existing attendance type or overtime rules for an employee.
