Enter the transaction code OOT5 in the command field. 2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 3. Enter a name for the new shift group in the “Shift Group” field. 4. Enter the number of shifts in the “Number of Shifts” field. 5. Enter the start and end times for each shift in the “Start Time” and “End Time” fields, respectively. 6. Click “Save” to save your changes. 7. To assign employees to a particular shift group, select “Assign Employees” from the menu bar and enter their employee numbers in the “Employee Number” field. 8. To view or edit an existing shift group, select “Display/Change” from the menu bar and enter its name in the “Shift Group” field. 9. Click “Save” to save your changes or click “Cancel” to exit without saving any changes.
