    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code OOKU is used to manage correspondence user groups in the SAP system. It allows users to create, change, and delete user groups for correspondence purposes. This transaction code is part of the SAP system's Business Communication Management (BCM) module. 
    
    Functionality: 
    The OOKU transaction code enables users to create and manage user groups for correspondence purposes. It allows users to assign users to a group, assign roles to a group, and assign access rights to a group. The OOKU transaction code also allows users to view and edit existing user groups, as well as delete user groups that are no longer needed. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the OOKU transaction code in the command field of the SAP system. 
    2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter the name of the user group you want to create and click “Save”. 
    4. Assign users to the group by selecting them from the list of available users. 
    5. Assign roles and access rights to the group by selecting them from the list of available roles and access rights. 
    6. Click “Save” when you are done making changes to the user group. 
    7. To view or edit an existing user group, select it from the list of available user groups and make any necessary changes.
