  7. To assign a development plan to an employee, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the employee’s name and the name of the plan you wish to assign them. 
  8. To view the status of an existing development plan, select “Status” from the menu bar and enter the name of the plan you wish to view. 
  9. When you are finished making changes or viewing information, select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen.
