  1. Enter transaction code OODR in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the report variant in the “Variant Name” field. 
  4. Select the desired selection criteria from the list of available options. 
  5. Select the desired output format from the list of available options. 
  6. Click “Save” to save the report variant. 
  7. To generate a time evaluation report, enter transaction code PT60 and select the desired report variant from the list of available options.
