  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OODM is used to activate an indicator for substitution types. This indicator is used to determine whether a substitution type is active or inactive.

  The OODM transaction code allows users to activate or deactivate an indicator for substitution types. This indicator is used to determine whether a substitution type is active or inactive. The indicator can be set to either ‘active’ or ‘inactive’. When the indicator is set to ‘active’, the substitution type will be available for use in the system. When the indicator is set to ‘inactive’, the substitution type will not be available for use in the system. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OODM in the command field of the SAP Easy Access screen. 
  2. Select the appropriate substitution type from the list of available types. 
  3. Select the ‘Activate Indicator’ button. 
  4. Select either ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’ from the drop-down menu to set the indicator for that substitution type. 
  5. Select ‘Save’ to save your changes and activate/deactivate the indicator for that substitution type.
