To assign a shift group to an employee, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the employee’s ID number. 6. To edit or delete an existing shift group, select “Edit” or “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the ID number of the shift group you wish to edit or delete. 7. Select “Save” or “Delete” when you are finished editing or deleting a shift group.
