  Step-by-step How to Use:

  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the appraisal type in the “Appraisal Type” field. 
  4. Select a frequency for the appraisal type from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Enter any additional criteria for evaluating performance in the “Criteria” field. 
  6. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To assign an appraisal type to an employee, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the employee’s ID number in the “Employee ID” field. 
  8. To view or edit an existing appraisal type, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the name of the appraisal type in the “Appraisal Type” field. 
  9. Click “Execute” to view or edit your changes.
