  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OOAU is used to manage user authorizations in the SAP system. It allows users to assign and manage roles and authorizations for users in the system. This transaction code is used to ensure that users have the correct access rights to perform their tasks. 
  
  Functionality: 
  OOAU enables users to assign and manage roles and authorizations for users in the system. It allows users to assign roles and authorizations to users, as well as view and edit existing roles and authorizations. This transaction code also allows users to create new roles and authorizations, as well as delete existing ones. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OOAU in the command field. 
  2. Select the “User Authorization” tab. 
  3. Select the user you want to assign a role or authorization to. 
  4. Select the “Assign Role/Authorization” button. 
  5. Select the role or authorization you want to assign from the list of available roles or authorizations. 
  6. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To view or edit existing roles or authorizations, select the “View/Edit Role/Authorization” button and select the role or authorization you want to view or edit from the list of available roles or authorizations. 
  8. To create a new role or authorization, select the “Create Role/Authorization” button and enter the details of the new role or authorization you want
