  Overview:

  The ONS1 transaction code allows users to create, modify, and delete selection procedures in the IS-H module.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ONS1 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the selection procedure and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Assign Personnel” from the menu bar and enter the personnel ID of the person you want to assign to the selection procedure. 
  5. Select “Define Criteria” from the menu bar and enter the criteria for selecting personnel. 
  6. Select “Save” when you are done entering all of the information. 
  7. Select “Execute” from the menu bar to save your changes and exit the transaction code.

  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the options available in ONS1 before using it, as there are many different options that can be used to customize a selection procedure. Additionally, users should always save their changes before exiting out of ONS1, as any unsaved changes will be lost when exiting out of the transaction code.
