  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code ONP1 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” to create a new billing period. 
  3. Enter the start and end dates of the billing period, as well as the frequency of billing cycles. 
  4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To view or edit existing billing periods, select “Display” or “Change” respectively. 
  6. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. Select “Back” to return to the main menu. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the options available in ONP1 before making any changes to existing billing periods, as incorrect settings can lead to incorrect billing calculations and other errors. Additionally, users should ensure that all changes are properly saved before exiting the transaction code, as any unsaved changes will be lost when exiting ONP1.
