  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ONCH in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the customer structure you want to create in the “Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description for the customer structure in the “Description” field. 
  5. Select the “Save” option from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  6. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar again and enter the details of each organizational unit, position, and job you want to create in your customer structure. 
  7. Select the “Save” option from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  8. Select the “Activate” option from the menu bar to activate your customer structure in the SAP system.
