  The ON45 transaction code allows users to view, create, and edit discharge statuses in the IS-H module. This includes setting up the discharge status codes, assigning them to patients, and managing the status of discharged patients. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ON45 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new discharge status. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new status, such as the name and description of the status. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new status. 
  5. To edit an existing status, select it from the list and then select “Change”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To assign a discharge status to a patient, select it from the list and then select “Assign”. 
  8. Enter the patient’s information and then select “Save” to save it. 
  9. To view a list of all discharged patients, select “List Discharged Patients” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  10. Select “Execute” to view the list of discharged patients with their associated statuses.
