  The ON25 transaction code allows users to create and maintain names of elements that can be used for searching in the IS-H module. This includes creating and maintaining names of elements such as diagnosis, treatments, procedures, and other related items. The names created can then be used to search for specific items in the IS-H module. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ON25 into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the element you wish to create. 
  4. Enter a description for the element you wish to create. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  6. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen. 
  7. To search for an element, enter its name into the search field and select “Search” from the menu bar. 
  8. To edit an element, select it from the list and select “Edit” from the menu bar. 
  9. To delete an element, select it from the list and select “Delete” from the menu bar.
