  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code ON15 is used to maintain geographical areas in the IS-H module. This transaction code is used to define and maintain the geographical areas that are used in the hospital information system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The ON15 transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete geographical areas. It also allows users to assign a name and description to each area, as well as assign a parent area if applicable. Additionally, users can assign a type to each area, such as a region, country, or city. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ON15 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new geographical area. 
  3. Enter a name and description for the area. 
  4. Assign a type to the area (region, country, city). 
  5. If applicable, assign a parent area to the new area. 
  6. Select “Save” to save the changes. 
  7. To change an existing geographical area, select it from the list and then select “Change”. Make any necessary changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  8. To delete an existing geographical area, select it from the list and then select “Delete”. Confirm that you want to delete it and then select “Yes” to confirm the deletion.
