  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OMTA is used to create an output program for a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This output program is used to generate a document that contains the details of the RFQ. This document can then be sent to potential suppliers for them to respond with their quotations.

  1. Enter the transaction code OMTA in the command field of the SAP system.

  4. Enter the name of the form you want to use in the Form Name field. 
  5. Enter any additional information you want included in the RFQ document in the Additional Data field. 
  6. Click on “Save” to save your changes and create your output program.
