  1. Enter the OMS2 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new material type.

  4. Select the “Save” button to save the new material type. 
  5. Select the “Change” button to change an existing material type. 
  6. Enter the required information for the existing material type, such as its description and unit of measure. 
  7. Select the “Save” button to save the changes made to the existing material type. 
  8. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing material type from the system. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the material type by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears on screen. 
  10. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen of OMS2 transaction code.
