  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the OMM9 transaction code by entering it into the command field in SAP. 
  2. Select the “Define Stock Removal Strategies” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the item or items you wish to define a stock removal strategy for. 
  4. Enter the minimum and maximum stock levels for each item. 
  5. Define the order in which items should be removed from inventory (e.g., first-in-first-out, last-in-first-out). 
  6. Set up rules for when stock should be replenished (e.g., when stock levels reach a certain threshold). 
  7. Set up alerts for when stock levels are low (e.g., send an email notification). 
  8. Save
