  1. Enter transaction code OKU1 in the command field. 
  2. Select the characteristic you want to maintain from the list of available characteristics. 
  3. Enter the values you want to assign to the characteristic in the appropriate fields. 
  4. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To view the values that have been assigned, click “Display” and select the characteristic you want to view from the list of available characteristics. 
  6. To delete a characteristic, click “Delete” and select the characteristic you want to delete from the list of available characteristics.

  It is important to note that when creating or editing a characteristic, all of its values must be entered at once; it is not possible to add or remove individual values after saving the characteristic. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all of the values entered are valid; if an invalid value is entered, it may cause errors when attempting to use the characteristic in other transactions or reports.
