  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OKP8 is used to create and maintain valuation variants for preventive maintenance orders. Valuation variants are used to determine the cost of preventive maintenance orders. 
  
  Functionality: 
  OKP8 allows users to create and maintain valuation variants for preventive maintenance orders. Valuation variants are used to determine the cost of preventive maintenance orders. The cost of a preventive maintenance order is calculated based on the valuation variant assigned to it. 
  
  Step-by-Step How to Use 
  1. Enter transaction code OKP8 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new valuation variant. 
  3. Enter a name for the valuation variant in the “Valuation Variant” field. 
  4. Enter the desired values for each field in the “Valuation Parameters” section. 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save the new valuation variant. 
  6. To edit an existing valuation variant, select it from the list and then select the “Change” button. 
  7. Make any desired changes and then select the “Save” button to save them. 
  8. To delete an existing valuation variant, select it from the list and then select the “Delete” button.
