  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OKG2 is used to manage the results analysis versions in the SAP system. It allows users to create, change, and delete versions of the results analysis. This transaction code is part of the Controlling (CO) module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  OKG2 enables users to create, change, and delete versions of the results analysis. It also allows users to define the characteristics of the version, such as the currency type, fiscal year variant, and version name. Additionally, OKG2 can be used to assign a version to a company code or controlling area. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OKG2 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a version name and select a currency type and fiscal year variant for the version. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the version. 
  5. To assign a version to a company code or controlling area, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the relevant information. 
  6. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To delete a version, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the relevant information. 
  8. Select “Save” to save your changes.

  It is important to note that when creating or deleting versions of results analysis, all related data must be deleted as well in order for changes to take effect in other areas of SAP
