  1. Enter the transaction code OKD6 in the command field of the SAP Easy Access screen.

  4. Enter the name of the report you want to import and click on “Continue”. 
  5. Select the target client and click on “Continue”. 
  6. Enter the name of the target report and click on “Continue”. 
  7. Select the type of report you want to import (e.g., standard or custom) and click on “Continue”. 
  8. Click on “Execute” to start importing the report into the SAP system. 
  9. Once the import is complete, click on “Back”
