Enter the OIW7 transaction code into the SAP command field. 2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 3. Enter a name for the reference location list in the “Reference Location List” field. 4. Enter a description for the list in the “Description” field. 5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save the list. 6. To assign locations to materials or services, select “Assign Locations” from the menu bar. 7. Enter the material or service name in the “Material/Service” field and select “Search” from the menu bar. 8. Select a location from the list of available locations and select “Assign” from the menu bar to assign it to the material or service. 9. Repeat steps 7-8 for each material or service that needs to be assigned a location. 10. Select “Save” from the menu bar when finished assigning locations to materials or services. 11. To view existing reference location lists, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter a list name in the “Reference Location List” field. 12. Select “Execute” from the menu bar to view the list of locations assigned to materials or services in that list.
