  1. Enter the transaction code OISM into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar.

  5. Select “Save” when you are done entering all the details. 
  6. To change an existing organizational unit, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the organizational unit you want to change. 
  7. Enter all the necessary changes and select “Save” when you are done. 
  8. To delete an existing organizational unit, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the organizational unit you want to delete. 
  9. Select “Yes” when prompted for confirmation and then select “Save” when you are done deleting it.
