    8. To assign equipment to each level, click on the “Equipment” button and select an item from the list of available items. 
    9. To assign attributes to each level, click on the “Attributes” button and select an attribute from the list of available attributes. 
    10. To assign permissions to each level, click on the “Permissions” button and select a permission from the list of available permissions. 
    11. When finished, click “Save” to save your changes and exit the OIRC transaction code screen.
