    11. Select the “View” option from the menu bar to view existing labels for a functional location. 
    12. Enter the functional location name and select “Execute” to view existing labels for that location. 
    13. Select the “Multiple Assignments” option from the menu bar to assign multiple labels at once to multiple functional locations. 
    14. Enter the label names and select “Save” to assign them to multiple functional locations at once.
