  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code OILB is used to maintain qualification types in the SAP system.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code OILB in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the qualification type and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the details of the qualification type. 
  5. Select “Save” when finished. 
  6. To assign a qualification type to an employee or personnel, select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the details of the employee or personnel. 
  7. Select “Save” when finished. 
  8. To view a list of qualifications assigned to an employee or personnel, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the details of the employee or personnel.
