  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter transaction code OIBS in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the status profile and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the status profile you created. 
  5. Enter a description for each status and select “Save”. 
  6. Select “Assign Statuses” from the menu bar and enter the name of the status profile you created. 
  7. Select “Define Transitions” from the menu bar and enter the name of the status profile you created. 
  8. Enter a description for each transition and select “Save”. 
  9. Select “Activate” from the menu bar and enter the name of the status profile you created. 
  10. Select “Save” to activate your changes and save
