Additionally, it allows users to assign objects such as cost centers, business processes, and positions to the organizational structure. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OHPS in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new organizational structure. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new structure, such as company code, personnel area, and personnel subarea. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the new structure. 
  5. Select the “Change” button to modify an existing organizational structure. 
  6. Enter the required information for the existing structure, such as company code, personnel area, and personnel subarea. 
  7. Select the “Save” button to save the changes made to the existing structure. 
  8. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing organizational structure from the system. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the structure by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears on screen.
