  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code OG02 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Recruitment Customizing” from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Select “Define Recruitment Structure” from the left-hand side menu. 
  4. Enter the necessary parameters for the recruitment structure and click “Save”. 
  5. Select “Define Selection Criteria” from the left-hand side menu. 
  6. Enter the necessary parameters for selection criteria and click “Save”. 
  7. Select “Set Up Applicant Tracking System” from the left-hand side menu. 
  8. Enter the necessary parameters for applicant tracking system and click “Save”. 
  9. Click “Back” to return to main menu of OG02 transaction code. 
  10. Click “Exit” to exit OG02 transaction code.
