  1. Enter transaction code OCL3 in the command field. 
  2. Select the ledger group you want to view or edit from the list of available ledger groups. 
  3. If you want to create a new ledger group, click on the “Create” button. 
  4. Enter the necessary information for the new ledger group and click “Save”. 
  5. If you want to edit an existing ledger group, select it from the list and click on “Change”. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when you are done. 
  7. If you want to delete a ledger group, select it from the list and click on “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the ledger group and click “Yes” when prompted.
