    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code OCD4 in the command field. 
    2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter a name for the form in the “Form Name” field. 
    4. Enter a description for the form in the “Description” field. 
    5. Select “Columns” from the menu bar and enter the number of columns you want in your form. 
    6. Select “Width” from the menu bar and enter the width of each column in your form. 
    7. Select “Data Type” from the menu bar and enter the type of data that can be entered in each column (e.g., text, numbers, dates). 
    8. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
    9. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate your form for use in data entry purposes.
