  2. Select the document type you want to delete from the list of available document types. 
  3. Enter the document number of the document you want to delete in the “Document Number” field. 
  4. Click on “Delete” to delete the document from the system. 
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the document by clicking on “Yes” in the confirmation window. 
  6. The document will now be deleted from the system and will no longer be visible or accessible by other users.
