Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Enter the transaction code O40V in the command field. 2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 3. Enter the name of the object you want to archive in the “Object Name” field. 4. Enter a description of the object in the “Description” field (optional). 5. Select the “Archive” button to archive the object. 6. To view an archived object, select the “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the object you want to view in the “Object Name” field. 7. To delete an archived object, select the “Delete” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the object you want to delete in the “Object Name” field. 8. To restore an archived object, select the “Restore” option from the menu bar and enter the name of the object you want to restore in the “Object Name” field. 9. To search for an archived object, select the “Search” option from the menu bar and enter either a name or description of the object you are looking for in either of those fields respectively.
