  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the O3UPC_AVGRP transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar to create a new availability group. 
  3. Enter a name for the new availability group and click “Save”. 
  4. Select “Assign Materials” from the menu bar to assign materials to the new availability group. 
  5. Select the materials you want to assign and click “Save”. 
  6. Select “Display Material List” from the menu bar to view the material list of an availability group. 
  7. Select an availability group from the list and click “Display” to view its material list. 
  8. Select “Delete” from the menu bar to delete an existing availability group. 
  9. Select an availability group from the list and click “Delete” to delete it from the system.
