  SAP transaction code O045 is used to create and maintain customer characteristics templates. It allows users to define characteristics for customers and assign them to customer master records.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the O045 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new customer characteristics template. 
  3. Enter the name of the template in the “Template Name” field. 
  4. Enter the description of the template in the “Description” field. 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save the template. 
  6. Select the “Change” button to edit an existing template or select the “Delete” button to delete an existing template. 
  7. Select the “Assign” button to assign a template to a customer master record. 
  8. Select the “Display” button to view an existing template or select the “Copy” button to copy an existing template. 
  9. Select the “Back”
