  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar.

  4. Enter a description for the service rule and select “Save”. 
  5. Select “Define Billing Rules” from the menu bar. 
  6. Enter the details of the billing rule and select “Save”. 
  7. Select “Define Pricing” from the menu bar. 
  8. Enter the pricing details for each service and select “Save”. 
  9. Select “Define Discounts” from the menu bar if applicable. 
  10. Enter any discounts that apply to certain services and select “Save”. 
  11. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the service rule billability settings in NWCH27.
