  Overview:
  NPFL is a SAP transaction code used in the IS-H module of the SAP system. It is used to maintain a list of religious denominations and their associated codes. 
  
  Functionality:
  The NPFL transaction code allows users to create, view, and edit religious denominations and their associated codes. This list is used to identify the religious denomination of a patient in the hospital system. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter the NPFL transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” to create a new religious denomination and its associated code. 
  3. Enter the denomination name and its associated code into the appropriate fields. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new entry. 
  5. To view or edit an existing entry, select “Display” or “Change” respectively. 
  6. To delete an existing entry, select “Delete” and confirm the deletion when prompted. 
  7. Select “Back” to return to the main menu when finished.

  It is important to ensure that all entries are accurate and up-to-date in order for the system to function properly.
