  3. Enter the start date and end date of the absence quota. 
  4. Enter the number of days for which the absence quota should be valid. 
  5. Select the type of absence quota from the dropdown list. 
  6. Click on “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To view or edit an existing absence quota, enter the personnel number and select “Display” or “Change” from the dropdown list.
