  Overview:
  NMS5 is a SAP transaction code used to access the Medical / Nursing Documentation module. This module allows users to store and manage medical and nursing documentation in a secure, centralized system. It also provides an easy-to-use interface for creating, editing, and viewing medical and nursing documents. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The Medical / Nursing Documentation module provides users with a comprehensive set of tools for managing medical and nursing documents. It allows users to store documents in a secure, centralized system, as well as create, edit, and view documents. Additionally, the module provides users with the ability to search for documents by keyword or document type. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP using your user credentials. 
  2. Enter the transaction code NMS5 in the command field. 
  3. The Medical / Nursing Documentation module will open up. 
  4. To create a new document, click on the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  5. Enter the necessary information into the fields provided and click “Save” when finished. 
  6. To view an existing document, click on the “View” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  7. Select the document you wish to view from the list of available documents and click “Open” to view it. 
  8. To edit an existing document, click on the “Edit” button in the top right corner of
