  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code NL21 is used to display a preliminary service entry sheet in the IS-H module. This transaction code is used to view and edit service entry sheets that have been created in the system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The NL21 transaction code allows users to view and edit service entry sheets that have been created in the system. It also allows users to view the status of the service entry sheet, such as whether it has been approved or rejected. Additionally, users can view the details of the service entry sheet, such as the date of creation, the customer name, and the service item description. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code NL21 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the service entry sheet number in the Service Entry Sheet field. 
  3. Click on Execute (F8). 
  4. The system will display a list of all service entry sheets that match your search criteria. 
  5. Select a service entry sheet from the list and click on Display (F5). 
  6. The system will display all details related to the selected service entry sheet, such as its status, date of creation, customer name, and service item description. 
  7. To edit a service entry sheet, click on Change (F6). 
  8. Make any necessary changes and click on Save (Ctrl+S). 
  9. To exit the transaction code, click on Back (F3).
