  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the NCOB transaction code by entering it into the command field in SAP. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar and enter a name for the service profile. 
  3. Select “Services” from the menu bar and select the services that you want to assign to the service profile. 
  4. Select “Save” from the menu bar and enter a description for the service profile. 
  5. Select “Assign” from the menu bar and select an action type from the list of available action types. 
  6. Select “Save” from the menu bar and your service profile will be assigned to the selected action type. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that once a service profile has been assigned to an action type, it cannot be changed or deleted without first deleting all of the services associated with that action type. Additionally, it is important to ensure that all of the services associated with an action type are appropriate for that particular action type before assigning them in order to avoid any potential issues or conflicts.
