  Functionality:
  The NB30R transaction code allows users to create, edit, and delete building units in the system. It also allows users to view and print information about existing building units. Additionally, it can be used to assign rooms to a building unit and to assign a room type to a room. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter the NB30R transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the necessary information about the building unit, such as its name and address. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new building unit. 
  5. To edit an existing building unit, select it from the list and then select “Change” from the menu bar. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete a building unit, select it from the list and then select “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the building unit by selecting “Yes” when prompted. 
  
  Other Recommendations:
  It is important to note that when deleting a building unit, all associated rooms will also be deleted from the system. Additionally, it is recommended that users take advantage of the “Print” option in order to print out information about existing building units for reference purposes.
