  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. To create a new standard nursing plan, select the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. Enter the required information for the new plan, such as name, description, and duration. 
  3. Select “Save” to save the new plan. 
  4. To assign a plan to a patient, select the “Assign” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  5. Select the patient you wish to assign the plan to from the list of available patients. 
  6. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  7. To view an existing plan, select the “View” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  8. Select the plan you wish to view from the list of available plans. 
  9. The details of the selected plan will be displayed on screen for you to review. 
  10. To edit an existing plan, select the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  11. Make any necessary changes to the plan and select “Save” when finished. 
  12. To delete an existing plan, select the “Delete” button in the top right corner of the screen and confirm your selection when prompted.
