  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code N1PATORG into the command field. 
  2. The Patient Organizer will open up in a new window. 
  3. To view patient information, select the “Patients” tab at the top of the window. 
  4. To create a new appointment, select the “Appointments” tab at the top of the window and then click on “New Appointment”. 
  5. Enter the necessary information for the appointment and click “Save” when finished. 
  6. To view existing appointments, select the “Appointments” tab at the top of the window and then click on “View Appointments”. 
  7. To view an overview of all patients and their appointments, select the “Overview:” tab at the top of the window. 
  8. When finished, click on “Exit” to close the Patient Organizer window.
